  • 250 Gram Green Beans
  • 2 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 2 Piece Red Chillies (dried)
  • 2 Piece Green Chillies
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 2 Pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Coconut (grated)
  • Salt

Cooking Instructions

Take a pan and add coconut oil in it. Heat it on medium flame.

Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add urad dal, dried red chillies, and green chillies. Saute everything properly.

Add in chopped onions and saute.

Add turmeric power and salt. Mix it properly.

Add chopped beans and stir well, covering the pan.

Cook for 8–10 minutes on medium heat until beans are tender yet crisp.

Once done, add in the grated, fresh coconut and cook for another couple of minutes.

Turn off the flame and serve it hot.
