The PBKS Vs MI, IPL 2025 Qualifier 2 is currently interrupted by rain. PBKS won the toss and opted to bowl first. The winner of tonight’s fixture will face RCB in the Final.
As it is the ‘Qualifier 2’, there will be no Reserve Day for the fixture, and that raises concerns for MI fans.
The Hardik Pandya-led side finished 4th in the points table. So, as per the rule book, the side that finishes higher in the points table amongst the two in the knockouts, progresses ahead.
Therefore, if the contest ends in a ‘No Result’, MI’s dream of winning a historic 6th IPL title will die this season.
