IML T20 2025 Points Table: Sri Lanka Masters defeated England Masters by nine wickets in the 13th match of the ongoing International Masters League T20 (IML) 2025 edition on March 10 (Monday) at Raipur. With the victory, Sri Lanka became the second team to seal the semifinals berth after India. England, on the other hand, faced their fourth consecutive loss in the IML T20 and were eliminated.
Coming to the match, Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to bowl first. England could only manage a score of 146-5 in 20 overs as every Sri Lankan bowler, apart from Suranga Lakmal., grabbed a wicket. England Masters’ Phil Mustard was the lone half-centurion for the team.
Chasing 147, Sri Lanka attained the target in just 12.5 overs, riding on a sensational hundred by Kumar Sangakkara. He remained not out on 106 runs off just 47 balls.
With India Masters and Sri Lanka Masters having qualified for the semis, Australia Masters, West Indies Masters and South Africa Masters remain in contention for the remaining two spots.
