- 1 Cup Urad Dal
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger (grated)
- 1 Piece Green Chilli (finely chopped)
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cup Fresh Curd
- 0.5 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Pinch Black Salt
- 0.5 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 2 Tablespoon Tamarind Chutney
- 2 Tablespoon Green Chutney
- 2 Tablespoon Pomegranate Seeds
- Fresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions
Rinse a cup of urad dal properly with water and then soak it with about 6 hours.
After that, drain the water and blend it into a thick batter.
Add in salt, grated ginger, chopped green chilli, and cumin seeds. Mix it properly and beat the batter to make it fluffy.
After preparing the batter, heat oil in a pan to fry the vadas.
Take small portions of the batter and shape it into small balls.
Gently drop these balls into the hot oil and fry till they are golden brown. Place the vadas on paper towels to remove the excess oil.
Soak the fried vadas in warm water for about 10 to 15 minutes to make them soft.
Once the vadas turn soft, gently squeeze out the excess water and then set them aside.
To prepare the yogurt mix, add salt, sugar, black salt and stir properly. Once done, Pour it over the vadas.
Sprinkle it with roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala over it.
Garnish it with fresh coriander and pomegranate.
Chill these Dahi Vadas and then serve.
