His explosive knock, featuring four sixes and seven fours, powered India Masters to 100/3, but his dismissal derailed the chase. Despite a quick 25 from Yusuf Pathan, India Masters fell short, suffering their first loss of the tournament. Xavier Doherty starred for Australia with a match-winning 5/25, the first five-wicket haul of the competition.
