Chaitra Navratri 2025: Chaitra Navratri is observed in the Hindu month of Chaitra, beginning from the Pratipada (first day) of the Shukla Paksha and concluding on Navami (ninth day). This year, Chaitra Navratri will commence on March 30, 2025, and will be observed with devotion for nine days, during which devotees worship different forms of Maa Durga.

While each day of Navratri holds significance, the Ashtami and Navami tithis are considered particularly auspicious. Devotees perform Kanya Puja (Kanjak Puja) and Havan (sacred fire ritual) on these days.
