- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 0.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

- 0.5 Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Cooking Instructions
Boil the potatoes, peel, and mash them in a bowl. Add green peas into it. Once done, mix in chopped green chilli, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and chopped coriander.
Add cornflour or breadcrumbs into the mixture to make a firm dough. Once done, shape the tikkis into equal shapes. Coat them lightly with breadcrumbs for extra crispiness.
Heat oil in a pan and place the tikkis in it to shallow fry them. Make sure that the tikkis are golden brown and crispy. Remove and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Serve the homemade aloo tikki hot along with mint coriander chutney or tamarind chutney.
