Miss World 2025: The prestigious Miss World beauty pageant is all set to make a dazzling return to India for its 72nd edition, with Telangana chosen as the host state for the global event in 2025. The festival will unfold over four weeks, from May 7 to May 31, featuring a series of spectacular events across various destinations in Telangana.
The opening and closing ceremonies, along with the highly anticipated grand finale, will take place in Hyderabad, showcasing the city’s vibrant culture and modern charm.
Telangana to host Miss World 2025 grand finale
An official announcement was made by Julia Morley CBE, Chairman and CEO of Miss World Limited, alongside Ms. Smita Sabharwal, Secretary to the Government of Telangana, Tourism, Culture, Heritage, and Youth Affairs Department.

The Miss World pageant will bring together participants from over 120 countries and territories, competing for the coveted title. Contestants will arrive in Telangana on May 7, and the reigning Miss World, Krystyna Pyszková from Czechia, will crown her successor on May 31, marking a grand conclusion to the festival.
