Australia veteran Beth Mooney caps off her memorable January 2025 by winning the ICC Women’s Player Of The Month for January 2025. The left-handed batsman showed an impressing outing in the recently-concluded Women’s Ashes 2025, as Australia Women completed a whitewash in the T20I, ODI, and Test series over England Women.
The opener beats the likes of competitors Karishma Ramharack (West Indies Women) and Trisha Gongadi (India Women) for the award, and inspite of a reputed career, this is her first-ever ICC Women’s Player Of The Month award.
Australia Women show domination in the Monthly awards, as Annabel Sutherland ended 2024 by winning the award in December, and start 2025 with Beth Mooney winning the award in January.
