  • 500 Gram Chicken
  • 2 Piece Onion (medium, chopped)
  • 3 Piece Tomato (large, pureed)
  • 1 Piece Capsicum (diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Piece Green Chilli (slit)
  • 2 Tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.5 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  • 4 Piece Dry Red Chilli
  • 2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Whole Spices

Cooking Instructions

Make kadhai masala by dry roasting the coriander seeds and red chillies in a pan. Once they cool down, grind them coarsely and set aside.

Take a bowl and mix chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, and salt. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadhai add in the whole spices and onion. Saute it till it’s golden brown.

Add in the tomato puree and cook till the oil separates. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, and the kadhai masala.

Add in the marinated chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes. Keep on stirring occasionally.

Toss in capsicum and let it cook. Add in water for desired consistency.

Sprinkle kasuri methi and garam masala. Simmer for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
