AUS Vs IND, 3rd Test: India are once again struggling against Australia in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 series, as the Rohit Sharma-led side continue to provide dismal performances with the bat. However, things got pretty messed-up during the 62nd over, as Mohammed Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja produced an ordinary example of running between the wickets, an incident that left the legendary Sunil Gavaskar fuming in the commentary box.
The legendary Indian batsman bashed Mohammed Siraj’s ‘unnecesary’ risk for a single, and went on to question the ‘cricket awareness’ of the two batters, as he pointed out the fact that they were seemingly ‘having a conversation in the middle of the picth while takeing a run’.

Ravindra Jadeja Departs For Well-Made 77
Ravindra Jadeja is playing his first match of the series, as he replaced Ravichandran Ashwin in the Playing XI. The legendary all-rounder left an instant impact with his arrival, as he scored a sensational 77 off 123 balls, which included a six and 7 fours.
India will be aiming to force a draw, as a win looks a distant dream for the Rohit-Sharma led side, and would be requiring weather assistance for the same, as the threat of rain looms even on Day 5.
If rain plays a spoilsport, India will earn a vital draw, as the series is currently levelled at 1-1.
